You retain ownership of content you create using TMA OS, including Brain Dump recordings, chat messages, assessment responses, and any links you submit for analysis. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not train AI on your music or content. We will never sell your personal content to third parties.
INDI's chat responses, daily insights, KOE reports, ARK reports, and Brain Dump refinements are generated using artificial intelligence. This content:
You are responsible for evaluating and applying any recommendations using your own judgment.
TMA OS, including its design, features, INDI character, archetype framework implementation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by TMA OS and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our written permission.

When you provide your social media handles within the App, we access publicly available data from those platforms (such as follower counts, post counts, and engagement metrics) to deliver personalized social intelligence insights. By providing your handles, you consent to the collection and processing of this publicly available data. We do not access private messages, private or locked accounts, or any non-public data. You may remove your social media handles at any time to stop data collection for those platforms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to TMA OS at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
TMA OS is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMA OS and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TMA OS, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
