TMA OS ("we", "our", or "the App") is a mobile application designed to help independent music artists discover their brand archetype and develop their creative direction through AI-powered mentorship. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

- To power INDI, your AI brand advisor that checks in and gives personalized advice
- To analyze music (KOE) and video content (ARK) from links you submit
- To process Brain Dump voice recordings into structured reflections
- To deliver daily insights tailored to your goals and progress
- To process and manage your subscription
- To send push notifications for daily insights and reminders
- To analyze your public social media presence and provide personalized growth insights
- To improve app functionality and user experience
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate TMA OS:
- Supabase - Authentication, database, and file storage
- Anthropic (Claude) - AI-powered content generation for episodes and insights
- Inworld AI - Text-to-speech voice generation for INDI
- RevenueCat - Subscription management and payment processing
- Superwall - Paywall presentation and management
- Apple App Store - Payment processing for subscriptions
- Soundcharts, EnsembleData, Spotify Web API - Retrieval of publicly available social media statistics when you provide your platform handles
- Sentry - Crash reporting and performance monitoring (no personal data collected)
Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
Data Storage and Retention
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Brain Dump recordings, analysis reports, and chat history are stored in secure cloud storage. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access all your data within the app
- Delete your account and all associated data from Settings
- Request an export of your data by contacting us
- Opt out of push notifications via device settings
- Update or correct your profile information at any time
California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Children's Privacy
TMA OS is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
